Is not that hard to do, you start small(usually i start like this, oh shit i left my wallet at home can you get me a gatorade, put it on my tab), then get the girl into the habit, she has to be invested and there is a love desimbalance, she is more into you that you are into her, and she can never completely posses you... Also you need to have amazing sexual skills...
