I'm 6ft 2" but come in just under 60kgs. I was always of a good weight until 14 when I became addicted to computer games and hardly ate.
Thankfully got out of the computer games at 18 and resumed a normal diet but I really struggle to put on weight. I'm 19 now, in the past year I've probably gained about 5kgs but I think that's due to my height growth. I want to gain quicker.
I did go to the gym but just found it pure embarrassing going there. So I looked at apetite stimulants but couldn't find much info.
Does anybody have any recommendations of something to help you eat more? Hopefully something without horrid side effects.
I have tried purely to increase calorie intake but I usually end up eating crap. I really genuinely do not have the time in the day (or the money) to cook good healthy meats for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Any expertise welcome!

Protien-Builds Muscles
Vitamins and Minerals-Various Functions
Fat Acids- Omega 3s6s9s Heart,Eyes,Brain, and Skin
Carbs- Energy
Now if you get the right amount of Protien,Vitamins, and Fats you will probably not be eating enough to gain weight. So thats were carbs come in if your body doesn't get enough carbs it will burn fat to use as energy.
So first find out how much Protien you need then take protien shakes, vitamins and some fat/oil pills. Now it is just a matter of adding fat or carbs to gain weight. Eating a ton of pasta/bread.
Now as for stuff that makes you hungry Omega 6 fatty acid causes you to feel hungry this is in most animal fats, so eating bacon will make you more hungry.

Does seem like the thing. Bit put off by the word anabolic though. I'll do some research latter but they won't make me grow a 3rd nipple right? lol

Take 1 hour and learn about nutrition and you will be able to put on mass. Go to "bodybuilding.com". Read stickies.
If you just take that supplement and eat big and dirty, you will look like shit 20lbs down the road. If you learn about nutrition, you will look way better.
Easiest way I have found to get good calories is with shakes. Buy a mass gainer protien, blend with oats, peanut butter, yugurt, whole chickens, whatever the fuck you want. Look up some recipes. It's really quick and simple. _________________ Time to focus on career, travel and relationships.

But I cannot find any appetite stimulants without some horrid hormone so I'll ditch those.

Ah ok that's better.
My problem is I forget to eat, I guess where I was playing PC games all the time I learnt to ignore my hunger. Hopefully this'll help.
Going to apply this to healthy food.
