dude, move the fuck on, don't go back to an ex girlfriend, unless of course you just want the sex and your gonna split after that, its done in a few ways but overall id recomend staying away because feelings can develop again without you being able to stop them and it will get ugly, if ya really want to tho i can try to give you some advice

Don't give her attention. Don't try to be "friends" with her. Ignore her. Go hang out with other women and have a good time with them. DHV. DHV. An ex will view you differently when they see that you are capable of having fun without them. You are no longer providing her with the good feelings and affirmations you had given her in the past. She feels the loss. In her mind, she should now be chasing you in order to gain back what she lost.

I actually have my own theory on stuff like this but it's a work in progress aka A formula to change any social relationship to one that has attraction and more. So far so good but I need to test it.
