To clarify: Mono (the kissing disease) is basically where you have 0 energy, and you feel like you're dead for about 2 weeks. You pretty much almost pass out everywhere you go. The point I was trying to get at is basically: even when I have mono (which means I'm pretty much a zombie.. a dead man walking) I still attended school, and work fine without passing out. So the pure raw green veggies only seems like it could work out quite well for me actually. But I'll definitely add a potato to lunch/supper if I'm hungry. And yeah I stopped with the V8. I'm just at pure water now, about 3.5-5 L. a day (which is pretty much what I normally drank before the diet anyways) It's been okay so far though, Day 3 and I'm still feeling like I have enough energy to do most of the things I need to do, just a little slow in the morning before I get the greens in me

where do you guys get your poultry? I've only eaten chicken from fast food and stuff like kfc and popeyes usually only have breaded chicken...

Well, most fast food restaurants use what I would like to call "fake meat" for most of their "chicken" products. Basically,
they defeater the chicken, and throw pretty much the rest of it into a grinder. They add some crap to it, and afterwards they add stuff so it comes up as a very deep pink color to replicate chicken. If you ARE going to eat meat, then I'd suggest to NEVER eat at a fast food restaurant, and either picking up REAL chicken and cooking it yourself (always the best way to do it, then you have the most control as to what goes in/on it) or eating at a REAL restaurant, not some place where they slap a bunch of crap that kills you altogether

I forgot to clarify: NO FUCKING RESTUARANTS
All restuarants add casein or wheat or it gets mixed in their chicken or any plate...no plate in restaurants are safe BUT:
IF YOU MUST EAT AT A RESTAURANT
Eat only raw salads, no dressing....just lettuce, onions, tomatoes, spinach that's it

YOU NEED TO EAT CARROTS AND POTATOES
Especially if you're going raw vegan
YOUR DIET should consist MOSTLY of carrots Or/And potatoes
since they contain starch
Try eating less than 5 carrots or 3 potatoes a day...if you're hungrier feel free to eat more
ALSO
EAT GREEN VEGGIES
Potatoes/carrots do not contain every essential nutrient
Aim for cabbage, lettuce, celery, parsley (fresh), etc

AND STOP MASTURBATION!!!
I actually have started doing this since two weeks for a test
and it makes you SO FUCKING HORNY...it is perfect for DIRECT GAME

Hemp protein is perfect!
But eaint more potatoes is even more perfect lol (One potato has 7g of protein)
But don't eat TOO MUCH PROTEIN because then your body will become acidic and you will feel like shit again

As far as eating potatoes thoughout the day, I just eat one when I feel hungry.
I eat a whole one first, then next time i'm eating 3 carrots, then next time I eat half a potato, 1 carrot, and a bowl of green veggies

well I'm on day 6 with only raw veggies, and water (although on day 3, i had one potato) and I'm still feeling quite normal. I'm not feeling any less energy, or any more energy, and I still weigh the exact same. (my diet at this point consists of mainly RAW celery, spinach, and lettuce). I have a dr. appnt in a few weeks, and I'm going to check if i have gluten sensitivity at all, but I'm still going to tough it up through the next 4 days, and see if anything changes. But after the next 4 days, I'm definitely going to eat a normal diet (with potatoes and carrots) I'm just going to leave out dairy for a couple weeks (and then re-introduce it in small doses, and see if I feel okay still) and I'm going to buy gluten free grains for the things I make!

Do not overcosume protein, the daily recommendation is a deck of card. Too much protein = problems. This diet, besides detoxing your body, also makes is alkaline. Meat is extremely acidic.

Like if you would like to, please try a vegan diet of just green veggies and POTATOES AND CARROTS as the main source of calories...no meat and no grains (this includes rice, beans, lentils, etc, etc,...and nut...no NUTS)
I feel pretty Energized throughout the whole day...I dont really feel the need to take naps except when I haven't had much sleep the day before.

I did have a short period of pretty good sleep like 10 days back. And by good sleep I mean like you said Feeling energized when waking up

these last few days I usually feel sorta tired when waking up though. Not sure why. But even then I dont really feel tired once Im outta bed.

Even though i kindof like gravy...I realize its not very healthy even if it is gluten/casein free.
I usually bake all my food in olive oil.
I also think I'll start steaming food in the near future.
I generally have been skimping a bit on eating healthy these last few days but if eating differently will make me feel substantially better then I probably will do so


I dont mind trying the diet again for a couple days...
This time including potatoes and carrots
^^ all of it RAW right?^^
BTW is adding salt/pepper bad?

You can eat potatoes and carrots raw if you really want to...in fact it is better and it is what I do, however you don't have to if you don't want to
Salt and pepper and okay...in fact, any organic spice/herb is excellent
I only eat organic cayenne pepper, cinnamon, and cloves (I added them to water too)

And remember:
NO RESTAURANTS: only thing you can eat is raw salads and restaurants with no dressing (Only thing that is 100% gluten/casein for sure)
You can eat meat, but only a steak/chicken/etc the size of a deck of cards per day...too much protein, no "healing"...protein makes body acidic, this diet makes body alkaline
In fact, you can eat NO meat, if you really want to try it jsut for 10 days
NO NUTS...too much protein....unless you ate like 3 a day which is almost impossible
Based your diet on potatoes and carrots (have at least 1 carrot per meal and 1 potatoe per day)
Eat green veggies with every meal if you can, if not eat them at least in one meal
NO PROCCESS FOOD, or anything in a box or plastic

The way the doctor examined me for gluten was for me to eat a lot of bread for a week (which made me feel like shit) and then tested me
I heard there's other ways but if the doctor tells you to do it the same way, your process will be lost...and most of the time checking for gluten with a doc is not very effective, and the only cure is to stop eating gluten, thats what the doc will tell you

This thread has changed my life, as simple as that.
I don't have much time right now to write down my entire experience, but basically to sum up..

I'm a 20 year old dude, had a girlfriend from when I was 16-18 which got me regularly laid, but after that I was never able to sleep with another girl although I did have many chances (especially looking back). About 3 weeks ago, I came across this thread while I was aimlessly browsing for answers on the PUA forum. I smoke a lot of weed and was at the time experiencing symptoms that PUA lucky mentioned (which i also found out were symptoms of schizophrenia)...So it interested me to try it. I said why not, I'll give it a shot, I've got nothing to lose.

So for 3 weeks now, I avoided all gluten(bread,pasta,noodles), no dairy, and mostly meat and vegetables. I started working out again as well, and simultaneously read the Vin DiCarlo's Attraction Code. All of these things in synergy gave me incredible results over the past few weeks, and I feel like a super human. I pretty much went from 0 inner game/confidence AFC to a real man who can now attract and pleasure women with ease. I feel as though I was reborn as a MAN. Over a matter of weeks, my symptoms of schizophrenia disappeared, girls at clubs started asking me for numbers, and got laid twice in the third week (after a TWO YEAR of almost nothing- make outs at most). It EVEN CURED my premature ejaculation, and now I can have sex for half an hour no problem. And the best part about all of this, is that it not only changed my game with women, but it changed my life PERIOD. People treat me differently and give me respect that I have never experienced before.

I have never been a registered member on this forum, but I had to sign up to post my experience and to give some mad respect/gratitude to PUA lucky. I'll be regularly visiting this thread to help other guys out who may be in the same situation as I was and have questions.

I only eat salad, carrots, eggs, rice, mashed potaos and chicken.
Not too much protein like you said, but im still 15 so i need it for growth.

oh and i ate some shockers yesterday and candy.

and i ate home made french fries from corn oil.

thats basically it.

The shockers are gluten free so there's no problem about them
But, to my understanding, mashed potatoes are basically MILK and potatoes...so you might be screwing up there

It's so hard, maximum I've managed to do is 2 days. Since I'm 16 and live with parents they buy food. Seems like almost everything in my refrigerator has casein(or)gluten..

Can you share your diet plan, please? I'd be really happy.
Also do you eat same food everyday?
