Hey!
Was wondering what the best thing to do is if you're sitting with a group of people and you realize that the ones talking are paying attention to everyone except you. You're getting blown out,isolated from the group. Even though you may say something and be a part of the interaction, the freeze out comes back
What can you do,except for calling out?

you freeze them out....have a sure mind....make them come to you....punishment and reward...yer company is the good company......you have no need for theirs...dont even say to yerself ...their not talking to me...say to yerself....wonder what Ill have for supper tonight....check yer body language......thats what brings them in.. ...remove yerself from the group...if you build it they will come...watch those emotions

do not call them out ...it shows neediness....a pimp enjoys his own company.....be the shy guy.but when you do speak....talk about them...not yerself....your a giver not a taker....you dont need validation...you give it....

Ah, this helps me too actually. This happens to me quite a lot. Thing is, I used to be the 'shy silent' type, but am trying to be more sociable. Any suggestions on how to be that way without 'giving' too much? I mean, so far, my 'shy silent' type is lonely and wants people to talk to, but I seem to be digging myself into a deeper hole the more I try to extend my arm in friendship to people. it's got me puzzled actually.

heres the trick...get them to talk aboutt therself...you give them validation on the things there saying...like wow thats cool...you can be the shy time...its sexy...but get yerself away from needing validation from anyone...or if you wan to start a ocnverstation ask there opinion on it....you dont have to give yers and dont ...unless asked and if people dont like say...well that waht I think but hey who am I ..
