I have been working with these softer qualifiers lately, let me know what you think:

Often times a qualifer such as the classic one: "beauty is very common, but what else do you got going for you? blah blah blah" is just too blatant and you aren't to that point where she will jump through that hoop in your conversation. So I have toned it back a bit with a little more fun. Examples as follows:

"Tell me if you were to take me anywhere on vacation where would it be and what would we do?" - Style

"If you won a million dollars what would you buy me? And don't say dinner."

"If you were to take me on a picnic would you make the salad or buy the KFC?"
-Qualifies for health and her cooking abilities

These are great bc they are fun and subltey convey the right frame of her pleasing you. Make some more and add them to the thread.

A few I like:

"Do you cook?" Then, since they always say yes, "Any specialties?"

I like the follow up yes-no questions with non-yes-no questions like that, since if she's BSing the yes/no, she'll stall / be put on the defensive with the follow up. (I don't ask it with that tone, though.)

I also like this one b/c it has the frame of pleasing me, it lets me segue into healthy eating convo (DHV since I eat healthy, and a qualifier for her, since most girls are weight self-conscious and want to sound healthy). It also segues well into travel / ethnic stuff (DHV since I've traveled a lot and dated asians, which drives white girls crazy). Also cooking questions establish a 'you should be feminine' frame.

"How do you usually like to dress?" and "What would you wear to [activity event X]?"

This is good b/c

1. Fashion is a part of looks that a girl can control, which is why they're obsessed with it. So it lets her think she's qualifying herself (most girls overrate the impact on their looks that fashion can have).

2. Feminine frame again

3. You can DHV with the event choices. Corporate Xmas party (chicks love to dress up, and my job happens to be a DHV so it's always worth lacing into conversation indirectly), physically active thing, travel again, etc.

4. Easy segue for bringing to other girls, for preselection / jealousy. I like to bring up some sexy-sounding outfit of some other girl but pretend to be making fun of it (suggests a sexy girl in my past that I was willing to tease / not impressed by).
