Hello everyone,
It's my first post on this site and I am looking for help.

Just after college, I moved to Qatar for work. I lived there for three years and I lived three years of chastity. 90% of the population was man and to be able to approach a 6 were very thin. I didn't accept it. That's when I got into the entire PUA thing and it didn't work, nothing. I became obsessed and developed myself in many ways.
When I moved back home, all the work I did finally was rewarded. I lived the life of the people I read about. Until now, I am very happy with the life I am having.
Only I have a problem. I have built a character of a charmer and it can be a problem at work. I can't work with woman anymore. I think I make them uncomfortable.
They smile, they still talk in a professional way about work but sometimes I "trianglaze" without doing it on purpose and I know it makes them feel uncomfortable.
I really want to change that and make them feel at ease.

Switch gazes eye to eye to hairline rather then eye to eye to lips. You should be making sure to avoid touch and avoid encroaching on their intimate zone(give them at least 3 feet of space when you can).

If you are making them uncomfortable you aren't a charmer you are a creeper, very different. I work with plenty of women who consider me charming and it doesn't make them uncomfortable. You are probably coming on strong, knock it off. Treat them like men (physically and mentally) and maybe add in the occasional flirt. You can joke with men and have a good time too. Your body language should certainly be non-threatening and you should be taking the pressure of advancing through the courtship phases off of the interaction.
