What are your eating habits, cause if you eat like shit you will feel like shit.

It sounds like you have a bigger issue than lack of energy considering you said you can't concentrate. As for your pimples weel gives more credit to my theory of you eating like shit.

Thanks for answering, I now also have the flu . I am a bit more energetic and I am not depressed anymore. MentallyI feel on top of the world SPAM.But still tired .
Concentration still lacking :(

Thanks for your suggestion but I doubt it is because of what I eat. I believe I eat quite healthy.

I am a vegetarian.
I barely ever drink fizzy drinks and I eat little carbohydrates like potatoes and such. Also I take vitamin supplements and eat lots of fruits and some vegetables.
Do you suggest I change my diet ? if so how ?
I would like to remain vegetarian because I dont like fish and I do not really like meat anymore.

- Stop masturbating (only unload by having sex, thus rewarding you for your efforts to pick up women, don't create false reward signals by helping yourself unload)
- Get enough sunlight (vitamin D)
- Eat better (variety, low carbs, high protein, google "paleo")
- Sleep regular hours (ie sleep at 00:00, wake up at 7:00), you can go to sleep later, but make sure to always wake up at the same time. Even if you pulled an all-nighter. You CAN'T catch up on sleep and anything more then 8 hours is a waste of time and energy.
- Exercising is really important for your sleep quality too.

I will try to put some of these into practice. But isnt it important to sleep 9 hours a day ?

yeah true but I got my blood tested and according to my blood everything is fine, great even.

A while has passed and I am still really tired and lacking concentration to do the work I have to do :(

Terrible thread.. i really got frustrated reading this .. a few months ago i had the same problems like you.. EXACTLY the same. Doctors just did nothing.. they just did some test which are unreliable in the first place. Unknown disorders DO EXIST and they can really really destroy your life - it destroyed mine some while ago.

doctors know 0 % when it comes to diet or alternative diseases..
doctors only treat symptoms, they do not cure diseases.. they do not identify a disease they just identify a symptom and then treat that symptom. most doctors actually MADE my problems worse by misdiagnosing or not diagnosing at all. Most people get killed by doctors and most people especially cancer patients get killed by meds..

the number one cause of death in the US is prescribed medicine... trusting your doctor is a terrible descision when it comes to complex disorders.

You could have anything.. IT IS ALWAYS CAUSED BY MULTIPLE FACTORS... it could be lyme, it could be adrenal fatigue, it could be a hormonal imbalance ( cortisol ) , it could be candida.... maybe a combination of candida and adrenal fatigue caused a lyme infection.. you don't know

START TAKING RESPONSIBILTY FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH

Now what do you eat ?
i want to know everything... even a glass of water.. i want to know everything about your hygiene , eating habits , sleeping habits, your eye quality...how your neightbourhood looks like.. if you have any pets at home...if your family have any disorders EVERYTHING... do you sleep near a strong source of radiation like a microwave or signal tower ? ( UTMS) i want a complete history of drug use .. including caffeine or any over the counter or prescribed medication... i also want to know how many woman you fucked. What are your vitamin intakes ? I WANT TO KNOW HOW YOU FUCKING BREATH .. i want to know how you sleep - do you sleepwalk ? WHAT MUSCLES DO YOU UNCONCIOUSLY TENSE UP DURING DAYTIME ?

First thing you must look at are hidden allergies.. PERIOD. you must isolate are put foods in quarantine.. meaning NOT eating the for a few weeks and then trying them again.

Gluten is just toxic to any human... some people are just not as sensitive as others. Lactose is another one which you don't need....Cut away all gluten and lactose.. stop consuming ALL WHEAT OR GRAINS unless it quinoa, oats ( could be contaminated), rice, amaranth... there is raw milk or lactose free milk available.

Delete ALL carbohydrates from your diet...NO REFINED sugar or foods TOO high in carbohydrate content like bananas.
Delete ALL yeasts from your diet
Delete aLL soy from your diet unless it's fermented like tempeh
Delete ALL GMO foods from your diet..especially corn and soy IN MATTER IN FACT AVOID ALL CORN AND SOY.. also avoid glucose or fructose from corn in products.
Delete ALL pesticide loaded fruits and vegetables from your diet.. especially apples and celery ( check the top 10 list on the internet )
Delete OVERLOADS of fructose... ESPECIALLY bananas.. eat more vegetable and greenery
Delete washing your body with soap.. instead use skin friendly soap free washing gels.
AVOID ALL CAFFEINE... taking too much caffeine can cause glutamate toxicity basically fucking up every cell in your body.
AVOID ALL COFFEE .. coffee isn't a health food.. all health benefits are actually prescribed to cofee made from fresh controlled coffee beans.
AVOID CHEESE... a very little amount is fine, cheese is one of the worst things you can put into your body unless it's a SPECIFIC special healthy kind of cheese.
STOP SMOKING.. seriously...

things you can do right now to make shit better :

EAT everything raw.. stop eating meat and stop killing all the enzymes by cooking foods.
add raw eggs to your diet ( put raw eggs in the blender with raw milk or lactose free milk ).. you have a shortage of choline... doctors do not recognize choline shortages.
Consume one teaspoon of baking power daily ( sodium bicarbonate) you probably have a acidic body - you need to make it more alkaline.
Upgrade the amount of vitamin C to 3500 milligrams daily
Start taking shittake mushroom RAW to increase your immune system.
Start taking extra magnesium and zink
STOP TAKING CALCIUM CARBONATE unless it's not a high amount... it calcifies your body , it just fucks you up.
Don't microwave any food or drinks
Avoid all things containing fluoride... check your tap water for any fluoride ( check the internet ) don't drink tea and reduce the intake of rooibos tea.

EAT sunflower seeds.... ORGANIC
EAT flax seeds and sesame seeds ( organic ) buy a coffee ( electric) grinder and grind them to power.. you can mix them with soy yogurt or any other product.
START EATING 2 large TEASPOONS of cold pressed coconut oil.
Start eating grapefruits.. they contain less pesticides and way more health benefits than most fruits.
AVOID chocolate unless it's raw.. processed chocolate contains heavy metals and often contain ingredients made of GMO soy... it also contains almost zero beneficial nutrients - it's processed and cooked to death. all the heatlh claims about processed chocolate are garbage... chocolate also cause mood swings. aside from that theobromin is a caffeine which can draw out fatigue in people with adrenal fatigue - like you.
AVOID ALCOHOL....
START consuming one teaspoon of turmeric daily
START introducing herbs in your diet .. especially sage , rosemary, lemon balm and oregano.
Start taking melatonin daily

IF you can .. start eating hemp seeds .. hemp is legal and is one of the best superfoods i have encountered.. only eating this will already increase your health.

start investigating... check for lou corona and check dr.mercola ... both on youtube. everything i said is BASED ON SOLID EVIDENCE.

It seems really difficult living like that.. like a saint almost but its worth it because I cant live like this anymore. Especially during the night I get itches all over my body. I am continuously exhausted still and the concentration is so bad I am starting to ruin my future by the serious amount of procrastination I am doing.

Now I read you are Dutch and I was wondering if I could private message you about EVERYTHING I do in Dutch. Putting everything I do on here in a public message I don't think would be appropriate to do.

If you will allow me to PM you know that your time is not wasted I will follow your advice because I am desperate for improvement.

I totally know what you mean about the doctors not knowing shit. The doctor made my mum walk around with cancer for ages before finally doing tests and such.I have been doing some research myself but according to the internet I have EVERYTHING so...

yeah i know how it feels and it can ruin your life... you will feel so drained and other people won't understand it and probably are pushing you which adds extra stress.

it really is hard... but it's just like working out every morning. once you learn how to do it it can be really easy. i have the advantage because i've been trained in herbal medicine, and i followed some basic nutrionist programs....

i juice vegetables so i don't have to chew them.. by juicing them i can consume a large amount of vegetables in very short period - chewing with your teeth is not really a good method and it's really boring - the only benefit of chewing is that it stimulates brain activity... just buy a good juicer lol... don't forget to peel or de-skin vegetables which are non-organic.. you don't want pesticides in your juice.

i use coffee grinders to grind seeds like flaxseeds so i can mix them with organic soy yoghurt or raw yoghurt... sometimes i grind 5 different types of seeds so i can enjoy health benefits of 5 different types... most people talk about blenders but i think coffee grinders / grinders are actually very important.

Alot of important nutrients and in the seed hulls... like hemp seeds , almost the magesium in hemp seeds ( 100 gram = 150 % RDH magnesium) is present in the hulls. hemp also contains SPAM which does have quitte powerfull anti-cancer properties.. actually most seeds and omega fatties have immune stimulant properties and mild anti-carcinogenic properties.

Almonds are actually toxic because they contain alot of tannins and cyanide glucosides which you can remove by soaking or heating them... if you are on a cancer diet DO NOT BUY PRE HEATED OR PROCESSED ALMONDS- don't soak them either.. cyanide glucosides have anti-cancer properties... most herbs and nuts do have compounds that are anti-carcinogenic, but when you process them with heat or drying you remove or oxidize those compounds thus rendering them useless.

Same with tea - the fresher the better... white tea is less oxidized - contains less caffeine but contains more of the healthy compounds like theanin. When you buy any seeds don't not buy them processed - you don't want to buy grinded seeds because those are sitting on the shelfs for a long time - all the healthy fats have oxidized into non-healthy fats... always buy whole seeds and grains unless it's oats.

the healthiest fat too consume is cold pressed coconut oil... cold pressed olive oil contain alot of chlorophyl which actually oxidize along with the fat this lowering the nutritional value of the olive oil... there are so many misconceptions you see in magazines , commercials... there is so much to discover it's amazing. I've seen people having decreases in tumor size on raw veggie diets.. it's amazing what a healthy diet and sleeping schedule can do.

Stress is the worst thing that can cause any disease or disorder... if you keep rubbing your hand against the table it's going to hurt after a while. if you take some breaks between the rubbing your hand is fine - but when you have rubbed for way too long you need a long long break ... if this is the case you need a healthy consisten lifestyle. Bad foods like junkfoods create stress on the body period - if you are in a stressfull situation just eat healthy and relieve the stress - try to prevent as much as you can.

right now im trying to specialize in anti-cancer diets... im trying to grab or reach every kind of material out there.. in the little spare time i got i also research herbs and plants with anti cancer properties in cooperation with some other people. if you know someone with cancer just drop me a message and i provide some information.
