Fist of all I apoligise for asking a question like this on the forum. After all it is a PU forum , but I am desperate for help !

I am suffering from extreme tiredness to the point that I have been at home for a week.I am too easily distracted to do homework and such and am now way behind on schoolwork. I need to get my energy and motivation back !

I Have been to the doctor and gotten blood tests done and there is nothing wrong with me ! but I cant help feeling extremely tired.

I also feel weak, and as if everything is a dream.Dont feel like doing anything.
The thought of schoolwork stresses me because it is so much.

I have recently also gotten itches mainly on my legs ,arms , hands. Usually I get like a little thing that looks like a pimple and sometimes I scratch it open and it starts bleeding.

I have been tired for a very long time but now it has gotten to an extreme point.
I cant seem to pick myself up anymore and go: I am going to do my homework and start my life again tomorrow.

I was hoping any of you have some advice on something I could do to feel better?

I had the same problem and I lost my appetite to do almost anything.. As soon as I reach home from work.. I feel dead and worn out that even shaving and showering feels like a huge effort.. I went to a doctor and my boxing coach told me we need to talk. I spoke to them and found out nothing physically is wrong with me but here is the problem:

Dull, routine lifestyle and nothing new or interesting can kill your energy.. Even if nothing is wrong, even if you dont have depression or such..

Make 1 change in your life, change your job, buy a dog, ask a girl out for dinner even if its not a date, modify your car, sarge more, etc..

Now i am back on my vitamin suppliments, back execrising, starting working harder on the game, socializing more with people; I even started getting more positive and aware of my surroundings.. I cannot afford falling prey into such cycle ever again it is counter-productive..

thanks for answering!! . It sure is horrible .I went to the doctor again today and he is sending me to the psychiatrist.

Quite ironically on the first post I ever made on this forum someone asked me if I was suffering from ADD and I never read it ! after doing an online test it seems there is a high percentage of me having it together with another mental sickness which I am not going to mention yet because it is not sure I have it :P

If I would it would explain my extreme tiredness and how I never manage to get anything done.

Are you sure a dull lifestyle is to blame for how you are/where feeling ?

There is a a lot of factors.. It varies from person to person.. I dont know what you went to in your life and what happened that might get you where you are.. but if you feel something is wrong, please take the effort to do something about it, dont let it consume you..

I did suffer alot with having to do crappy jobs/ being unemployed due to the recession, along with a lack of good friends and an interesting social circle did devastate me in the past... I even hate my current job...

The first suggestion the doctor and my trainer suggested is changing my job.. I had problems and issues in the past, I learned on time to get over them.. It was a difficult phase but the fact I left it settle was the mistake..

This is golden advice, thanks!

I am going to try and actively work on myself now that I am young. Before the problem only worsens . I do hate psychologists with all my heart, and really dont feel like going but I am just going to do it anyway.

Thank you so much for sharing your story with me !

I am still having a difficulty myself, I skipped 2 training sessions lately and I feel like a zombie.. I just started thinking of how I need to enhance my life so I can feel more energetic and awake..

I plan to change my sleeping patterns, I never get enough sleep during the week and I stay late on the weekends.. Now I plan to maintain a solid/constant sleeping schedule 7 days a week.. Even if I have to sacrifice staying late during the weekends.. I want to stay awake and full of energy everyday... I have been boxing for more than a year, Its wrong to stop now due to drowsiness.. Also, I will get myself a huge ass curtain for my bed room as to cover the sunlight..

My lifestyle is going back more into dull and boring; the routine truly makes me feel like a grand-daddy.. It frustrates me and I want to get it sorted out as thats not what I want in life..

About sleeping oh god haven't slept proper in two days I cant even think straight.
I will try and get a more regular pattern as well.

I have lots of schoolwork to do and am still exhausted , but once I have done that I will try working on myself.

If all that is affecting you is simply a bit of a dull lifestyle I would suggest being open to falling in love and looking for love. Apparently love makes life exciting again - not that I would know ..but they say that

I had trained kickboxing 2 times a week for a year. I was pretty good but never had the chance to train full time so I could do competitions. Unfortunately I barely ever go anymore its a pity it is .But you need to listen to your body. What are you really missing by giving up a few boxing lessons?

I hope for you that you are black and younger then 18. Otherwise this quote is totally and utterly pathetic a total DLV. If you happen to not be black and 18 + I strongly advice you to mature - Please do so I beg you for the sake of man kind!

Lobotomy. That's what you need.

If you think that the procedure is too drastic, buy a dozen saltwater crocodile scrotums from Thailand. Add them to your omellete for breakfast.

I don't have any background in medicine but that's a best effort advice. I do fried chickens for a living.

I would get a second opinion from a doctor as extreme tiredness I believe is one of the most common symptoms of Diabetes. Are you depressed at all?

Are you smoking any Dope? If you are quit. I've been going through a phase of smoking a lot of Weed recently and although I'm not high 24/7 I'm certainly tired 24/7.

If you want to Self-Medicate try Ritalin. You mentioned ADD - Ritalin is what is prescribed to virtually everyone who suffers from ADD/ADHD. I actually found it gave me more energy in moderate amounts as well as concentration and the ability to do more work. I wouldn't touch it in large quantities as the hangovers and the lack of sleep caused by over-use will make your symptoms worse.
