hey guys, so ive been doing quite a bit of research on my condition of social shyness / anxiety and ive made some good progress thatnks to this forum. ive started to patterns in it and ive noticed i have a phobia (self diagnosed) of physical contact. ironically, this is one of the msot important parts of seduction and could be one of the reasons why im not as sucessful as i could be. what could be a good way to get over my fear of making physcal contact during seduction?

Another thing im noticing about myself is the low slf esteem, which is seriously holding me back from DHV (display higher value). ive searched up the concept and even thoguh i know whats going on in my head now, and everyhting isnt as foggy, i still dont know exaclty the steps to take to help myself (or anyone reading this) get over these negative mind sets.
