chocolatethunder I don't know a whole lot about NLP yet, but I am really interested in it and the whole hypnotist thing. Not so much to use in the game per say but for my own self improvement. Have you ever hypnotized someone to increase there confidence or help them quit smoking? If so how successfull was t in helping them quit smoking and what should I look for in a hypnotist?

I specialise in self confidence and Inner Game and I have had a lot of success, though not always using Hypnosis. I'll use whatever is best and fastest for the individual client. My Man of Steel Workshop is always well received by guys looking to armour plate their egos too!

With regards to smoking, Hypnosis is the most effective way to quit and statistically the most successful, though the government tends to play it down. I wonder if large companies making money out of cigarettes and patches has anything to do with that...

What to look for? Look for positive reports and recommendations. There's governing bodies out there but a lot of the time it doesn't necessarily mean the therapist is any good - he's just affiliated to a group. Where are you in the world? I know of an excellent therapist in the London area with an awesome track record for smoking.
