Don't jerk it for a week or two before you meet the girl. Don't even play with yourself, no fondling your balls, no edging. Work your kegel muscle.

Then during sex, relax and concentrate on your own pleasure. She will get hers regardless, and your lessened anxiety will help your performance.

If you spend so much time on the computer that it's a detriment to your physical fitness, you should think about cutting back. If you can still motivate yourself to go to the gym, then I don't see a problem with playing video games or youtubing for a couple hours, you gotta entertain yourself somehow.

Not masturbating for weeks on end is going to make the biggest difference in your libido. From personal experience, after a week break, I'm not horny for no reason. However if I'm physically stimulated, say by grinding on a girl's ass in the club, I start getting really horny. Not the usual "oh I feel like masturbating" but rather "I'm going to bend this bitch over the nearest table right now"

My friend who lives in a different city was seeing a girl from my neighbourhood. He saw her once or less a week, with terrible logistics every time, so he had not slept with her. He went a month without masturbating. He was at a house party with her, couldn't find an empty room, and went on a walk. They made it halfway through the local park before he stripped her down and went at it in on the grass.

He told me he was trying to walk to her house 4 or so blocks away, but even just holding hands with her and the occasional kiss was driving him crazy.

I'm actually pretty fit and work out around 5 hours per week with a pretty good nutrition.

The reason I'm asking is because the last three girls I've slept with (since new year), I haven't performed that great.

Two of the girl were when I had downed like 10 beers so I don't blame myself for that. One girl however I dated and slept with 5 times or so (each time we met). I couldn't perform well for her though. At tops I lasted like 10 minutes.

I'm not sure if I'm to blame my self, the alcohol or the fact that I had to foreplay the girl I dated like two hours before getting in to her pants. And then she wouldn't remove her brah or do anything but missionary.

I don't know. I haven't just felt a lot of horny 2012.

Just started dating two new girls and want to fix this before I get, if I get, the chance to sleep with either of them.

yeah actually stopped mastrubating.

Last night I dreamed of having sex with a girl I used to know. I haven't dreamed about sex in a long time. and this morning she wrote to me on fb! weird.

What do you guys say about genital hair? I find that I've been outside then I'm cold for an hour after getting inside (its cold where I live)
