I've been hitting the gym hard 5 days a week.. but the bear thing. My god, where have I been? I've never heard of that training method.
And yeah man, bad AA. Its odd though, I don't get nervous, I just make excuses like "not sure what to say" "she's with a friend" "too many of my friends are watching" etc. Fuck me man. Going to the usual bar tomorrow night, gotta finally break this.
Any suggestions for if I know a lot of people there? I literally know like half the bar, so sometimes I feel like I don't want to go hit on a girl with friends watching. I suppose no one cares though.. everyone's drunk and talking with people, how do they know who I know?
hit on old women or girls you find extremely ugly, get their numbers, delete them afterwards, just practise your skills, also approach big groups with the intention of getting blown out, there are a few different things you can do to practise this here are some blowout openers
-excuse me but could you please blow me out
-hey, do you girls have a phone so I can call the police? (girls blah blah blah), Thank god I found you, I needed to call the boner police really bad because I saw you guys and I need to be arressted
-Hey girls, nobody loves me, please reject me like all the other girls in the world
-(use random muscle jokes and keep segwaying with ohh you like that?, well how about this? and keep dishing them out)
Hey girls, you got your tickets?... TOOO THE GUN SHOW!! *FLEX*
Did you hear about the baby mixup at the hospital?..... THEY'RE LOOKIN FOR THESE BABIES *flex*
OH... MY.... GOD.... Call a plumber cause my pipes are cracking *FLEX*
Whoa, but did you hear about that terrible disaster at the zoo?.... THE PYTHONS HAVE ESCAPED!! *FLEX*
after you use a blow out opener, just open as usual, try to make yourself feel uncomfortable as much as possible for a few weeks, if your super nervous shaking, can barely talk, have so much adrenaline running through you that your hands are shaking and your mind is blank... that is a good sign, keep doing that and facing it, and eventually what used to make you feel uncomfortable feels like drinking a nice cold refreshing glass of water, the approach anxiety never goes away, but you learn to deal with it and adapt to it much better the more you face it, it sort of becomes more like an excitement and rush, then a fear
and when ever you find yourself making excuses just realize it and go open anyone, any random person, girl, guy, old person, young person, hot person, ugly person, just go be social and open, then once warmed up you can try to get something accomplished and make a connection
GOOD LUCK
