So to peacock, all i can think of is a mild mohawk and i have already done that.
building body, i am doing that. but i cannot come up with anything else.
Do you have any suggestions?

I know they aren't particularly novel ideas, but they can add to the effect).
But given you say it's strict, I'm guessing even stuff like that is frowned upon. So really, you're going to have to stick with accessories. Watches, necklace, wrist band, stuff like that. I won't give you tips on what exact style of those things to wear, as it differs from person to person and what your personality is, but have a look around and find some things that you can accessorize your outfit with to take it the next step up.
