Been texting this girl off POF since Tuesday and things seem to be going well, I text her yesterday saying about going for a date on Wednesday and she agreed (I take "Wednesday it is then!" as agreeing) I suggested the museum coz we've both been saying how we're massive geeks etc and she came back saying how funny it would be if we went to Techniquest which is like a building where they got all weird an wonderful things (like a hall of mirrors and rising water, hard to explain) but then when I said "Right so wednesday at techniquest it is" then from her previous text she said there's more to her than meets the eye so I said I'm expecting to be impressed on wednesday then. She comes back with this:
"it would be awesome, i'm sure i told you about my hand though?
*she is off work at the moment with an injured hand* it means I can't drive long distances SPAM
I know I suck! maybe if I impress you we could go a diff time though
although I don't have any party tricks."
So on the one hand she's saying she can't go to this techniquest place coz she can't drive there and I know it's a little out of the way (I don't drive so picking her up is not a possibility) but then she says maybe if she impresses me we can go another time, but I had said about her impressing me on wednesday so there it seems like she may still wanna meet up wednesday?
Am a little confused about this chaps, from what I can tell I don't think she has ruled out the date entirely but is maybe gearing up for (if having not done already) a flake.
