I feel very energized but for short periods of time, after that I wanna eat again or at least drink some water.
That's a really good point, often when we feel hungry it's actually because we're dehydrated.

And speaking of cravings, I spent half an hour on amazon yesterday making a mock American-breakfast cereal order... deliciously forbidden :(

day 5
nothing other than hunger
cravings ? hunger? i don't really know the difference all i remember is that i had this exact feeling when i was young and didn't have to eat for a few days in a row

Today i ate for 2 and still got them so i think it's not hunger

quick update: thinking about today i went into a bad mood very easily and came back as easily but i'm pretty sure that's just self-suggestion

@ Commando,
Don't count me on this one (Because I don't eat meat) but I heard that if you eat meat (protein) with potatoes (starchy vegetables) it would give you a stomach ache, no matter what diet you're following. They call this "Food combining" but no science has approved it but they do back it up with science saying that since meat is so acidic and potatoes are not, it is hard for your stomach to decide how much acidic to use to digest both...or something like that. Google it up if you're interested

@ Creepyguy,
Peach Marmalade should be okay, but check the ingredients. I wouldn't be surprise if they add wheat or whey (milk) to it

I have two reason why you aren't feeling any detox symptoms:
  • 1) you are not celiac intolerance and gluten has no effect on you
    2) Like me, all grains somewhat affect me...so if you can, you should try to avoid all grains and legumes. So you basically would be eating only meat and veggies
@brosB4hoes,
yep, I've done that blood test
Ill read the book, thanks

[/list]

So from everything i've heard about requiring meat to be healthy and gain muscle, would this eating schedule ruin my gym time?
It could..depends on your macro-nutrientsg

You need to eat enough protien enough carbs and enough fats so you body can operate at the gym

try getting these in

1g protien * body weight

1.5g carbs * body weight

and about 30 or less of your calories should come from fat.

3 days before the test i ate some wheat and 1 day i drank lots of milk. The test came back negative, but... i've been feeling worse since wheat and milk has been reintroduced to my diet. Also noticed acne went down during diet and seems to be returning... I'm not sure what to do. Any advice lucky? Are the blood tests really accurate or is it still worth it to go on the diet again?

Starting this diet... is sweetcorn ok? Margarine in potatoes?

And I'm also vegan so I'm kind of limited to fruit and veg.. is there any way to get gluten free bread/pasta? Maybe made from different grains?

Blood test came back... negative for gluten and casein sensitivity. Any idea how accurate it is? Still worth it to try the diet? I have noticed myself becoming more forgetful and feeling worse but maybe it's psychosomatic.

@ BrosB4Hoes,
The point of this diet it's to cure yourself from unnatural illnesses, such as: extreme fatigue & anxiety, constipation, depression, monotone personality, any kind of schizophrenic or autistic or asperger syymptoms, etc

If you felt that you felt worse when you ate milk/wheat, I say keep going. I read numerous post from other people saying their test came back negative and they still went on the diet and felt 100x better.

I do not like disproving a doctor, but I think this might be the case

@General OJB
Margarine is NOT okay, lol
I guess sweet corn would be okay, but try to not eat any kind of grain at least in the first 10 days...you don't have to but it will give you faster and more accurate results

You can get different bread from corn and rice, but they're expensive as hell. But, shit, if you're a vegan...why bother?!! haha
Just let go of the bread addiction! even if it's made from corn/rice
and like I said, try not eating ANY grain if possible

All you have to do is replace them with potatoes/carrots

And also try to get at least 1500 calories...HOWEVER, I don't want you to force feed yourself even if you're not hungry because that will be bad too. If you're body is telling you NOT to eat, and you have only ate about 300 calories in one day, then don't...you'll be fine just dont do that everyday (besides your body will be hungry most everyday)

@BrosB4hoes,
I just read your sencond message, if you truly are feeling more forgetful then GO BACK ON THE DIET. That is a huge sign
But, I hate saying doctors are wrong because I know how stupid that sounds, but I read numerous posts showing that gluten/casein test aren't too accurate

Yeah, haha, I'm always starving. And the potatoes taste like shit on their own D= But I'm giving this a good go, it'd help if I loved greens, only ones I like are lettuce, cucumber, and broccoli.. but I love carrots.

My family think I'm crazy..how do I assure them that I can live off fruit and vegetables and get all the nutrients I need? I'm pretty fussy & underweight as it is.

Hey. I've been reading up on this and one person's post mentioned fat, sick, and nearly dead. Since then, I've not touched dairy, gluten or meat. I got through four days and then went to have dinner with my grandparents and had a lot of stuff I hadn't eaten. I know you said ten days, but thought I'd share my results so far.

I've dropped ten punds and 3% body fat. Also been running for an hour every day. I've also gotten better sleep and my mood has improved. After eating bread and pie last night, I didn't exactly crash or anything. Just didn't quite feel as awesome. I've also gotten a juicer and intend on doing a fair bit of juicing in the future. Here's the conclusion I've come to. Yea... It's amazingly healthy and I'll do it most of the time, but like someone else said, being fanatical is dangerous. Besides. I don't want to be that guy who can't eat anything at social gatherings or outings. I think when it comes down to it, it's eat healthy like this most of the time and use moderation in the not-quite-so-healthy stuff

Meat? Lamb, beef and mackerel are fine. Mackerel is an excellent source of protein, omega 3's, calories, fat soluble vitamins, magnesium, and many trace elements.

I've been on the diet since last monday. I ate chickpeas yesterday, and I think it caused diarrhea. Dx Must have been the fiber.

It's 5:26AM SPAM, had about 6 hours sleep but feel fine. That's certainly an improvement.
