So I went to this tech convention and there was this 8.5 there and we made eye contact a bunch of times. We finally met but it was a schmooze fest so we never talked for more than a minute.

Then at lunch today she sat down at my table but it was a big table and we were on opposite sides. I caught her looking at me a number of times. There was never a chance to chat her up.

So I get home and go to look her up on Facebook and she's already sent me a FB invite so now I know for sure she is into me.

So need a pointer for the follow up. I was going to accept it and tell her "It was cool meeting you and a bummer we never got a chance to chat so we should grab a drink some time."

Is that the best approach? This chic's a friggin' knockout and super successful. This will def. be my only chance. Also, should I accept tonight or wait a day?

Personally, my point is that I don't think the bummer we couldn't talk at the conference bit is good, it lacks energy/excitement/enthusiasm.
