Just open with "Hi" silly and talk about funny things and things you have in common...or even exxaderate the things you DONT have in common?

Okay bud I'm here to help you out.

You want to create Sexual tension? Well there are just a few things you need to do.
One is have confidence in your sexuality. You wanna get frisky? get frisky.

If u want to create tension. Stare eye to eye. don't say a thing. and break the gaze. When your in conversation. Talk slowly and with pauses. every time you pause sexual tension escalates. touch her. Kino Kino Kino Kino. Get good with your kino. sexually tease her with kino. Crack a joke like "Tonight im having a special, ill let you have sex with me for free" then touch her in a sexual way. (not to sleazy though) enough to create tension but for here to now its a joke and play on.

These are some of the things that I do...they work great. There is so much sexual building techniques out there. Find what fits you. You like being direct. Be sexually direct. just not overpowering that it triggers ASD.
