How is your deadlift so much better than your squat? I squat the same or slightly more than you, but your deadlift is way higher lol. And those guys are crazy to say you need roids to do that.
Its a structure thing, some peoples body's can have squat and deadlift about even, but most have a stronger deadlift than squat.

As for the steroids thing, i dont know about the rest of the members here but I am a member of a bodybuilding board and im pretty damn sure the entire forum would vote you non natty. I know how this game is played and a guy on a contract will not admit shit.

The only reason people deny using is because the ignorant fucks of the world will say you didnt do any hardwork or took a shortcut, but I know better than that. Popping a couple tabs a day wont lift the weights or eat the meals for you. And if you are indeed natty the only explanation then would be godly genetics. Lets see how you progress.

He may look big in the pic, but in reality, 140 at 6'0 isn't big no matter how you look at it. He just cut a lot. I'm sure he had been working out for a while before he took that before pic.

No disrespect, his stats are better than mine and I weigh 185.

Ive seen countless before and after offseason/contest pics and cutting diet before/after shots. The fact is that the muscle was not there when he started cutting. You cannot build muscle and lose fat unless you are new to serious lifting and nutrition, overweight, and/or using anabolic drugs. My guess is that he was a combination of all three.
Im not some kind of hater, im stating facts here.

Hey man, i've been trying your work out for a few days and damn its a workout. But for your diet it seems like it's an all protein diet. Well the problem is i'm a runner and love to run then lift. How do i integrate running with ur protein diet. Could i eat carbs on my runs days?

If you read my article. You will see that I suffer from Crohn's disease. I value my health a lot. I would not put any chemical in to my body. I can promise on my mothers life that I have NOT touched steroids. I will hopefully be competing in the NPA. This is as natural as it gets. The tests go back 10 years. There are some other 'natural' competitions but all you have to do to pass the test is not taking anything 6 weeks before. Which is why I have opted for the NPA.

Unfortunately like most lifters I started training legs/squats quite late so it's taking a while to build up the poundage.

Congrats, but I'll stick with working out and developing muscle au naturale. Taking supplements in a way, is cheating in my eyes.
This. Taking supplements is no different than steroids. It's "hacks" for your body. Why do you think creatine is banned in high school wrestling? But who cares, as long as you look good right?

Creatine banned in high school wrestling? I've been taking it a while and to be honest, I haven't noticed any improvements in performance. I just keep taking it until I run out so I don't waste the money I spent on it lol.

PLEASE educate your self. Protein supplement is as bad as steroids? Are you serious? Whey protein is as innocent as a chicken breast.

This is incredible man, serious probs. But lucky for you, you went from being too heavy, so you had fat to burn. I am ectomorphy, 140 pounds, and in serious need of putting on muscle.

My problem is, I have such a fast metabolism that I burn anything and everything. I play soccer at a serious level, being 140 pounds Im very skinny. My coach says I need to put on weight fast. I find it impossible, I am seriously thinking of taking Mutant Mass and Creatine at the same time ( not going to lie already started)...

Do any of you have any serious advice, I go to the gym, we lift weight. Nothing is improving.
