I've seen him around the city.. vancouver, and he seems to be with a different chick every time. I cant tell if he is from the community tho.

what do you guys think?

there it is. I saw this dude wasted last night getting kicked out of a lounge. It was actually really funny to watch him lip the bouncer and walk to the club right next door and skip a 50ish person line and just walk in.
