I don't know if any of you have heard of this, but it is called Pectus Excavatum. Read about it briefly here and look at the picture:

It seriously messes with my confidence and the will to take off my tee shirt. I hate it.

I want to fix it, Its either Surgery (terrified off)... or this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vacuum_bell_(medicine)


What do you guys think? Have any of you ever had this and what did you do to fix it

i have the same problem, mine isn't too bad unless topless but i heard if you bodybuild and work on your pecks it sorts it a lot, but mainly, don't be embarrassed about it and people will see past it. if you pretend like it doesn't bother you then most people won't care
