How to stop thinking that I need pick-up a girl today?

I've been practicing pick up for a while now. Before, when I was starting, my mindset is to have fun and it gave me success on girls. Ever since I enjoyed my streak in the past, just days ago including this day every time I go out, I'm pressuring my self and over thinking to pick-up chicks which made me fail to approach my targets and tend to have a bad game.

How do I get back to have fun mindset? Tips please!

just go back to the basics : focus on just making an opener
not on picking her up and kissclose/screw her
this is the best way SET BACK YOUR GOAL TO SOMETHING EASY to gain some 'zone feeling'
hope this helped

The best way to not thinking you have to pick up a girl for today: is not having to pick up a girl that day.

If you are thinking this way then you probably do have to pick up a girl a day - in order to boost your ego and compensate on lack of lost playing-time whilst being an AFC.
