I've been noticing a lot lately that average looking girls often look at me and give me lots of IOI's, yet, I never seem to get the same result with HB's. Is it common for HB 8's 9s and 10s to not give many IOIs but instead make the guy work for them, or is it possible I am doing something wrong?

You are probably showing too much interest. I find the generic opener "Woa, I like your nails.... Are they real?" Works better the hotter they are. Doesnt matter if they actually have fake nails or not. If said correctly, they will immediately try to qualify themselves.

I do believe that is partly true, however I am not referring to getting IOI's after opening, I am saying that I myself am getting opened a decent amount, but not by hot girls. In your experience, do attractive girls ever open you?

Like Mystery said, gaming an attractive girl is not harder than any other girl, it's just different.

Hotter girls are less likely to approach you because fat ugly girls can only reproduce BY APPROACHING you... it's an adaptive mechanism to cope with their inability to get men to voluntarily sleep with them. They need to coax and seduce their quarry into fucking them much like an extremely fat tiger would have to convince a deer to run slower so it could eat.

The IOI discrepancy occurs because their egos are used to being pedestalized, they usually will not spontaneously display interest unless they already perceive you to have higher status (through social proof). And even then, they will only do so with plausible deniability as their egos are more sensitive than the ones of fat women who are used to being bombarded with rejections and insults like a circus elephant.

You need to get better at displaying higher value. Get used to teasing girls, occasionally ignoring them to build attraction by breaking rapport, walking away to talk to another girl, etc. If you're getting a lot of attraction from average looking girls, pawn them off for their hotter friends.
