At 82% protein and at that price it looks pretty good. It will taste like watery milk but that's what all unflavoured protein tastes like and only the unflavoured version will be at that purity.

Definitely worth looking at.

Check for Tryptophane! It is a very seldolm amino acid. The more of it the higher the protein quality!

Oh and I would combine Whey with multi component proteins!

all the best

James

Thanks for the answers guys!

I decided against isolate because concentrate enhances the immune system more.

I'll compare for Tryptophane, thanks for the tip! Before bed I was thinking of adding one raw egg (my neighbor has chickens, it would be daily fresh) into the shake. What is multi-component protein? When they add other sups in it? I plan to take other sups separately if that is what it means :P

Cheers!

Whey powder is a by-product of cheese making. It is the liquid portion separated from the curd. In its original form than the protein, whey protein contains fat, cholesterol, lactose. Before the arrival of whey our shaker bottles, fat and lactose are filtered out.

Whey protein has been proven by countless studies to be the be extremely effective and more effective than any other alternative whether it be soy or egg or casein protein. What are you trying to get at?
