I would suggest that if this is a serious long-term relationship, that its time to give up the game for all but your girlfriend. Its not mentally healthy to keep your mentality this way. It will likely prevent you from truly enjoying the relationship; and ultimately lead to comparisons and doubts-- and usually the downfall of the relationship-- even if you don't want to get with other women.
However, if you are in the beginning stages of a relationship, it can be quite beneficial for your GF be acutely aware that you are sought after by other women. Demonstrating pre-selection without coming across as sleezy or a player is a tricky balance. I would say that under these circumstances, some light flirting would not only be OK, but also advisable.
