Me and this girl (hb 8-9) have been texting for a while back and forth, we've hooked up before a little while back, she initiates conversation some of the time, but what I want to know is, should i wait to just see her at the bar, or should I try and take her out for coffee? Any advice would help, thanks.

Ask her out already. Preferably pick something that you can both go to together. Markets, etc. possibly a movie if you're desperate for ideas, but something simple that you might otherwise be checking out anyway, or regularly do. (Even if you normally wouldn't). For example, ice skating may be too full on, that's a real "date" outing, maybe 3rd date.

They have this "modern art" museum near where I live, and I have to keep an eye on it because sometimes they have some wacky shit, and it's interactive. It's a perfect date. A room full of balloons. A room where you stick stickers on all the walls (and each other). All for free. Depends what crazy artist is coming through town.
