1. Study how to overcome shyness. (imagine doing a University assignment on the subject)
2. Research how to improve your self-image. (study “self-image”, what it is, what influences it, and how you can improve it)
3. Turn Self Consciousness into Self Awareness. (find ways to turn anxiety into a positive action-taking feeling)
4. Find Your Strengths (write at least 5 of these in your journal)
5. Learn to Like Yourself (study how to like yourself more, write about it, and begin to implement some of the strategies you learn)
6. Not Conforming (think of ways you are different to the “normal” and what makes you unique, and what you like about that)
7. Focus on Other People (when you go out, don’t think about yourself for the whole night)
8. Releasing Anxiety through Breath (find ways to remove anxiety through breath and practice them)
9. Releasing Anxiety through Movement (find certain movements that can release anxiety for you, and then do them)
10. Visualization (practice the visualization exercises in the forum)
11. Affirmations (study how to use these to improve your self-talk in situations you find challenging or that you tend to beat yourself up in) – write down in your journal some new and better things you could say to yourself.
12. Do Not Leave an Uncomfortable Situation (make sure to write about this)
13. Accept Rejection (write about your top 3 rejections for the week)
14. Relinquish Perfectionism (write about areas in your life you are torturing yourself by seeking perfection, and write about removing them)
15. Stop Labeling Yourself (write down the top 3 negative labels you put on yourself, and why this is bad, and write down 3 new labels to replace them)
16. Practice Social Skills (write down 3 new social skills you’d like to have, and then practice them)
17. Practice Being in Uncomfortable Situations (write down 2 social situations that make you feel uncomfortable, and seek them out this week)
18. Figure out what is Comfortable for You? (write down the 3 situations that you feel most comfortable, and where you express your personality the best, how it feels, and how you act in those situations)
19. Focus on the Moment (think of 3 times in your life when focusing on the “now” would be more helpful)
20. Seek and Record Your Successes (write down your top successes for the week, no matter how big or small)
