I think this 'I got xx likes' is unbelieveable cringe worthy.
From what I see from my friends who are naturally good at attracting hot girls many of their status vary so much. 1 guys posts continually funny stuff so many times a day has a lot of girls practically falling on his feet on his facebook wall and some nearly begging for him to call them.
Another always posts things along the likes that he had a great day doing xyz and whilst it doesn't get much response you should see the girls hes with HB10s for sure. It DHVs.
And there's this 1 unique guy who always talks about the most filthiest sexual stuff or statuses that make no sense whatsoever. This guy really couldn't give a shit what anybody thought about it. His statuses always catch my attention and I think WTF does that mean. Results? Once again HB posting all over his wall. I couldn't do this, I couldn't pull it off. But he can because that's his thing.
Not that I care who posts on my wall, it's all food for thought.
When somebody 'likes' it doesn't mean its worked. I've seen numerous girls just scroll down the page pressing 'like' without reading anything (unless they are super fast readers). I think it gets their name about and they like it somehow.

Things like that. I don't see what on earth that does for anybody's reputation. People 'like' it because it's a cool little ryhme, so what. Doesn't mean people look up to you because people liked it.
Likes rarely mean anything imo, it's all about how you portray yourself.
