I dont go to the gym or eat the way I do to be healthy. If I wanted to be healthy, Id become a vegan and walk a dog every morning for an hour.

Peoples are more conscious over their health and they really need to follow some good health tips .. like Wake up at 6AM ,Have a light breakfast such as some cereal or two scrambled eggs.Eat your lunch.Come home take a break. Go for a mile walk or two. Rotate this time by running every other day as well as increasing the distance little by little. Listening to music might make the time fly by for you if you hate exercise. Have a light dinner.Go to sleep around 9 or 10PM BEst of luck

I used to beat myself up in the gym to try and get bigger, stronger, and leaner faster. Then I realized I was 22 and already had as fucked up elbow from lifting at what should be the healthiest point of my life.

I also used to take ECA stack to try and burn fat faster at the potential expense of my own cardiovascular system.

Point is, remember WHY you got into the iron game. Hopefully it wasnt to see what a beating you could put on your bones in the shortest time possible, or to starve yourself until you think you look sexy.

It's about self improvement; I want to be that 60 year old guy that can out perform guys 20 years younger, and the only way to get there is to start living for it now.

Health is wealth is a great proverb. No doubt that health is precious and we should take care of it. We should eat healthy food for a great health and should do regular exercise. Health is important because if we are healthy we have everything but if we have no health we have nothing.

Eat organic, and remove all sugar from your diet. Soda, etc. I stopped drinking soda yearrss ago, and I never have random zitts popping up since
