Try deep breathing (through the mouth). It shall stay thy mind and flailing limbs.
Also, try a variety of mental exercises or games i.e. crossword,sodoku and puzzles.
Try abstaining from frequent maturbation (if you do it that is). But a little never hurts.
You can also try to limit your processed sugar intake (try fruits).
Exercising frequently (rids you of excess energy and makes you ripped!)
If you are not intrested in any of those options you can try martial arts (any kind) because they require serious focus.
