Emotionally... hehe nice question.... My whole family was making fun out of my dinner... after that... had a discussion with my mother... I reacted angrily, but got surprised of how easily I was able to retake my calm mental state. It used to take about an hour to calm me down, this time it took me about 5-10 minutes.
Im tired of being such a pussy when it comes to emotions... I used to react a lot to people making fun of me, even if it was in a friendly way.
So basically, my emotions where way more controlled than what I am used to be able to control.
Physically... I learned what the difference is between being hungry and craving.
A lot of cravings.... But not really hungry.
Ive been having this weird thing... Sometimes when I stand up, Im not able to see really well, like if my blood went down from my brain to somewhere unknown.
Soft headaches....

Oh I did forget to mention, I added vinegar to the first salad (breakfast). Dunno if it makes a difference.

@commando,
thoese headaches are ok...as long as you at least 1500 cals a day.

Vinegar does not make a difference (but salad with vinegar? DISGUSTING!)

btw, watch out eating with people. IF you think you can handle, do it...but as the days progress and the cravings increases, any little excuse or person will make you go back to old habits. Try eating alone if that happens until you can regain self control

I'm glad you're feeling better emotionally, but it SHOULD get worse. You should get a bit angrier, sadder, etc during the 10 days. Especially angry cux this is like an addiction. When I quit cigs it was the same thing...I was FUCKING ANGRY

Well it is probably because Ive been slowly modifying my diet. But I do suddenly burst into rage and I even yelled to my dad.... I yelled SHUT UP in such an angry way... but it took me little to no time to realize what I had done wrong.

I do have a strong will power, I haven't cheat intentionally, so I don't really care about eating with other people, BUT it does make you feel horrible not being able to eat regular food, specially cause of the smell hehe.

Rite now my headache is increasing.
Ill take today as DAY 1, since last time I had to cheat cause I had nothing else to eat and was scared of passing out while being with my friends.
How do I know how many calories I've ingested??

@ commando,
best way to know how many cal you have throughtout the day is to google the food you're eating.
Google "food" + "nutrition fact"

Well ladies I'm back.. :( I was on my 2 1/2 day and I crumbled under the cravings. I love taste and love food. Suprised I'm not fat. Haha. But, I'm glad I gave the diet a go. It gave me more insight on what I really need to be eating and what I can eat to feel good and stay feeling good.

- I will never touch milk again (Only Almond Milk)
- I only eat specific types of bread (Organic kind)

These are just some of the things I learned. Just very knowing when it comes to what I put in my body and I THANK YOU - Pua Lucky for what you have posted here. I really has done a lot for me! :D

By the way, I went up to this gorgeous girl at the super market today and you know what, I didn't pick her up or get her number. But, I had a blast doing it!!!!! My game is day game (Direct Openers / Natural). SASHAPUA FOR THE WIN!!! I hope everyone luck on this diet. Its defiantly tough...

There's a word for this Diet. The cave man diet, or more specifically the paleolithic diet. I've never really noticed a difference in my game though - It's specific to every person. it is an awesome diet to loose weight though.

but giving up beer ? NEVEEEEEEEEER
that's my weak point........it's liquid bread.

@ Hyhytporsche,
I'm glad you tried the diet but you should definetely give another go until you reach 10 days b/c eating bread (even organic) will still fuck you up...if you're celieac intolerance

@brosB$hoes,
ask the deli man if they pre cooked with spices or if they add wheat/milk

@afc_suave,
thank god i never liked beer!
IF i drink in infield, I only drink bocardi 151 (it's gluten free....also ciroc)

THESE CRAVINGS ARE KILLING ME!!!

Really.. but they are worth it.
Today I slept 4-5 hours. Had a little trouble waking up, but after I took a shower, everything went just fine. Feeling in a good mood. Also, after lunch, I'm having this feeling of going to sleep, and here I am, on my bed, but I can't sleep, so I'm confused about it.
Hopefully Im eating everything right. I am also consuming more calories, since last time I had no energy at all.

Physically Im not tired but I dont feel really energized either, but I do have a positive energy(I can excercise if I want, can't do it b/c I have an injury in my leg so no soccer for me.)

Im not hungry but at this moment I can feel how my stomach is asking me for bread and butter.

I had an awful pain in my joints between my thumb and my index finger, both hands, and they are almost totally gone. I have mild acne on my face and on my back, and I can notice that it is fading away slowly.

My lunch was very tasty, glad I could find some way to make it tasty without adding any casein and/or gluten.
-Tuna - Rice -Lettuce -Tomato -Celery- Carrot -Beans -Some natural spices I found in my kitchen.

Just read that the tuna I ate may contain hydrolized casein, so Im researching about it, but besides that, everything else should be fine.

@ Commando,
as long as you're not getting dizzy to the point of passing out, you're doing good. You are officially on detox

Yep, that's the bread/butter addiction. You're not hungry, but you would love to eat some bread/butter. If you google it up they say that milk/wheat has peptides that resemble opium ( a drug) peptides, which is what makes the drug addiction (I forget the details so it'll be better for you to look it up if you're interested...just know that you will hate bread/butter after the addiction is over, kind of like cigarettes)

You might get a few good pimples, as I like to call them. I GUESS that means you're body is detoxing your pores (cux that's what pimples really are, white blood cells killing bacteria)

I also had an intense pain, right behind my knees and it dissapear in one day but it lasted almost the WHOLE DAY. I have no idea why that happens.

Just in case, read the tuna ingredients if it came in a can
Also, what spices?

@applepie,
this is for people who have unnatural anxiety, fatigue, bad acne, very antisocial no matter how many years they do pick up

you will have enough calories. just avoid bread and milk and replace calories with more meat, potatoes, veggies

As far as I know rice is considered a save food for people that are gluten intolerant. So that makes it much easier for me, living in a country where rice is eaten a lot.
Although rice does not contain gluten, it is a grain and as such most peoples bodies are resistant to it, to some degree.

Try cutting out all grains, wheat, oat and rice for a few months, then have a bowl of rice, see how your body reacts, my guess would be not in a good way.

We just get used to feeling half crap all the time with the junk we eat, and in junk I do not just mean fast food, but even the 'whole grains' the advertising people would like us to believe are good for us.

Eating a Paleo diet IME, (which is quite extensive), is optimal for physical and mental health.

@ Ardan,
You are right. However, most people who know nothing about diet will find it too hard to remove all grains. I created another post that described the perfect diet (to my belief, and the only I'm currently doing) that is incredible hard.
So if this is your first time, I would just recommend staying off gluten (bread, pasta, etc) and milk (dairy, yogurt, cheese, etc)
