I'm from a country (Singapore) where people in general are not as socially open as they are in the west. Even HB9s and 10s don't get approached very often. Because of this, direct openers tend to scare women away.

Even transitioning to a "you're cute" from an indirect opener tends to scare them. They get reeaaallll uncomfortable reeeaaallll easy.

So... any nice, mellow indirect openers anyone could recommend?

You might think to you self that " oh this guy doesn't know because he is not in Singapore"

But I am in a country FAR MUCH TOUGHER than Singapore. I am all the way in the middle east in a muslim country and still open 1-4 sets a day.

I have a question though, do you have to tailor the material to your local environment? Or do you just serve the lines straight from the can?

I'm white, but I live in Bangkok. It's rediculously easy to open up to girls here, even though they do hold some of that clique-ee sort of nature where they won't go outside their circle of friends, and don't normally get approached - ever.

It's ridiculous how often this line gets girls instantly talking and working to talk to me.

"Hi! Can you speak English?"

Yes, a little - is the typical response. If they're English sounds crappy, great, if it sounds perfect, doesn't matter, so long as they're Thai.

"Oh well thats okay if you can't because I can speak Thai." - Spoken in Thai.

About 80% of the girls I talk to immidietely say omg I'm so impressed where'd you learn it, how long have you been here, which gives me the chance to isolate, put them in the comfort zone by letting them know I understand where they come from and the culture, language, blah blah and gets me a number close 90% of the time. It feeds them questions to get them interested in me, and qualifies me as not one of the regular slobs that comes here to get fat, ugly hookers. Works in malls, pubs, clubs, restaurants, even in my condo's elevator.

Yeah this situation isn't going to work everywhere, but I put in some real effort when I came here to learn the language and culture (my excuse back then was to hit on girls - I was an AFC, coming her on a high school exchange program.) I've fucked about 7 different girls last month, 1 was an FHM model, a couple were car show "pretties", a nurse, and a couple other decent 7-8s. I used this line on all of them through a combination of online dating, day game, and hitting up the clubs. Get them in that comfort zone, and its so damn easy to take them home or invite them over, even without a date before hand.

I'm not rich, I don't dress in the finest clothes, but I'm not too ugly and not overweight so those are really the only things I got going for me. I also get called harry potter a lot when I where my glasses, so I use the line "Caught me again. I'm his stunt double... remember that scene where he was blah blah.... That was me!"

The women here are creeped out my guys, so they get very scared when some one approaches.

So, I go in very calmly and smoothly, with alot of positive energy smiling. I don't stare and make sure she does not see me notice her from far.

I also usually open with with some thing funny, subtle, or ask an honest question regarding something i need help in.

The key is finding what works. And you will have to approach several times before things click.

lol - gg. I've been to BKK several times, not taking anything away from you but it's alot easier over there and being white actually helps.

I've recently arrived in Singapore and it's been abit tough, so I know what OP is talking about. Girls don't respond to approaches in the same friendly manner they do in Thailand. However, I'm not gonna use that as an excuse - gonna put in the effort to work on my daygame.

Have a totally different experience with females in SG here during daygame. Direct openers work particularly well, especially on HB10's and 9's.

You just need to remember to stack forward very quickly- most girls will pretend (or actually be) to be shy/ taken a back by the comment you made. This for plausible deniability or for frame testing, or just because they don't run into strangers very often who compliment them.

This is where you have to stack forward quickly and think on your feet, and this is only achieved by studying material, but especially going in field and failing again and again at first.

If you feel akward at first: they key is to be comfortable yourself- you'll notice if you don't find it awkward, they won't either.

When I started out I failed bitterly at first too! 8 straight hours, no numbers. Now I'm number closing close to 40% of opened girls. So practice!
