Also not familiar with the Kingdom opener, but I say if the girl is trying to qualify you, that's a IOI-- so qualify yourself!

Most guys make the mistake of putting too much into online dating. Think of it like a drive thru. You want to hit on four points (qualify her, qualify you, establish what you're looking for and how she would fit in) pay and get your food

If she is asking you to qualify, she's doing 1/4th of the work for you. Vunderbar!

Personally, I'll use Mystery's line at the end of an email if we've gone back and forth once or twice. I'll say, "Oh, and introduce yourself, young woman. That's the polite thing to do!"

My biggest problem with these "test the waters" type openers where you use flash-game to try to get a reaction out of the target is that they may not actually be interested in you, but rather the opener. In real life you can build on that momentum, but its tougher online.

Some people might be in it to make contact with girls for an ego boost, but I'm in the online game to meet girls in person.

You may have lost this one before you even had her, unfortunately.

However, since you're obviously interested in this girl, you have nothing to lose. after a few days without a response, you can definitely follow up with a follow up that does the following:
1. Demonstrates that you're fun
2. Shows that you don't take this too seriously
3. suggest that you two should talk at least once.

Exactly. This is not a slight against you either. She may normally only be interested in 80 year old bearded men; but gets caught up in the opener, and later on the conversation fizzles, she won't respond.

This is not necessarily the case. She may have just got distracted and forgot about it.
