skill is the learned capacity to carry out pre-determined results often with the minimum outlay of time, energy, or both. Skills can often be divided into domain-general and domain-specific skills. For example, in the domain of work, some general skills would include time management, teamwork and leadership, self motivation and others, whereas domain-specific skills would be useful only for a certain job. Skill usually requires certain environmental stimuli and situations to assess the level of skill being shown and used.

I used to get called Mikey Diamond by a French guy I used to know. I'm tempted to shorten to just Diamond, not too sure. Thoughts?

I think names that have following letters are more memorable and fun.

For example: ButterBall, PinkyPie, Mr. Mike, or in my case, LimeLight.

I wanted a name that harkened to the idea of battle, that was uncommon, and had a pronunciation that was counter to what one would think.

Aeron, from Celtic Mythology, was a masculine god of battle or slaughter. And is pronounced EYE-ron.

I actually don't use mine off the board. My roommate and I use alter egos... we had some girls from a nearby college track down our FB's after we did a one night stand. Creepers are no fun.

But my forum name is a conjunction of hard sex and kink, meaning a kinky act. I'm really into rough sex, bdsm, voyeurism, ext. So it plays off of my secret lifestyle of sex addicted playboy.

It's the name my coaches gave me for when i fight mma.
Ben "sugar McLovin" Almond
Not entirely sure where it came from but i think the Sugar is because of the Almond and McLovin is partly because I'm by far the geekiest (or the only one with an education) guy that trains at the gym and when i was first fighting/watching shows i wasn't 18 so i had to use fake ID to get in. I had a different one everytime so that may be it.
Either way its a pretty unique name, very rarely use it outside of MMA though.

Once upon a time, I was trying to set up my first internet connection. The cable guy came in, set up the modem for us, got everything hooked up and ready to go, and he just needed a username for the e-mail account that came attached to it.

Me: KrisHansen.
Him: Taken.
Me: KristofferHansen. With a K and two Fs.
Him: Taken.
Me: For real? I'm the only Kristoffer Hansen that I'm aware of on the continent. I've looked.
Him: For real.

So I start looking around my apartment for inspiration, and see something that catches my eye (something that I will not be sharing with you because it's my password) and he's like "Yep. That works."

Fastforward some two months, and I'm pirating anime like there will never be anime again. The name that I chose for my email becomes my new handle, but everyone keeps misreading it, and they call me "Monkey." Eventually, it becomes so common that the official short-form of my screen name became Monkey, and when it came to choosing my PUA name, that's what I picked.

Now I have a back tattoo of three monkeys across my shoulders. The one in the center is reading a comic book and drinking Mountain Dew. It's right below the tattoo that says "Geek" on my neck.

A teacher mistook my name once and called me Bowser. Everyone started calling me that so its just what I went by for a while. I really liked those times because I don't look like a really tough guy, but I am tough on the inside and it fit me well. People eventually stopped and I went back to my regular name. Blech.

When I got into PUA, I saw everyone had names and I already knew who I wanted to be. I want to be Bowser. It makes me act like a different person when Im called that. act better, more confident.

I like how names in some cultures have meaning. In Japan for example. I wanted a name which described how I wanted to be.

So I went looking in the UrbanDictionary, and found Shyler:

http://www.urbandictionary.com/define.php?term=shyler
Quote:
shyler 32 up, 18 down
someone whos hot and sexy and someone who is not affraid to be themselves
its also someone who is good at things that matter such as sports and other things she's amazing in bed and has a great personality
"damn i wish my bitch was a shyler
Later I found out that it was a word for girls but that's ok for me haha.
