Met this girl at the bus stop on Thursday getting off of class. We started talking on the bus when I decided to sit next to her. Personally thought I bombed convo wise due to the fact that I was nervous as hell and was like asking I think boring questions about classes and majors and work but I did hear laughter in the convo occasionally.

My stop comes up to get off the bus but I decide to wait it out and see if I can get this girls number. But as we were talking all of a sudden she gets up and heads for the door. Turns out it was her stop to get off. Caught off guard by this I say "Nice meeting you". She gets off and I'm stuck on the bus like an idiot. Didn't even get her name.

I was like 2 miles away from my house at that point and had to walk back home the walk of shame thinking of all the thing I did wrong. I didn't maintain eye contact at all and was just looking forward while she was staring at the side of my face. Could of been funnier.

Going into tuesday i had a new game plan to get her comfortable by laughter. talked again for like 50 minutes telling each other like just random crap about things that were going on. Told her stories of drunk friends. There was a lot of joking going on. She finally got off the bus and my told my friends what had happened. They said i did damn good but i gotta close the deal tomorrow which is when i see her again.

My question is how do i finally get this girls number. Im gonna be terrified but i have to do it. No more waiting. At this point i think she feels comfortable with me so it wont be awkward. But i was this time around i plan to flirt as much as i can to get her going.

My question is how the hell do i pull that off or even get her number by the end of the bus ride knowing she is giving it to me for a date?

Don't get obsessed with number closing or with getting her number. You are thinking about dates you don't even have her number so go step by step and don't overthink it. The best way to get a number is to make it natural, I know this is easy to say but hard to do.
