Hi guys,
I never did much supplementation with whey. I want to buy a good, quality whey protein and I'm not sure what to look for. What are some of the characteristics of a good protein, is there a brand that is more natural than others (less artificial sweetners etc.)? I'm really lost here. I'd really hate going to some body building forum for advice. I know many of you work out seriously, so please advise.
Thanks for your help!
Hi T, what you want to do is look at teh nutritional information on the back and check out how much percentage of the powder is protein. Anything that's dramatically less than 80% will be full of additives and crap. Whey isolate should be closer to 90%.

cost, size of scoop, amount of protein, the amount of carbs, and its quality. New Zealand is very good quality but, its pricey since it is imported. The reason for its quality is due to the way the laws are in New Zeland. No growth hormones, rgbs, and or steroids put into the cattle making for a better grade product. I also use all max isolate whey protein. Gold is great too.
Joeblack is right, NZ protein is very good but it might cost a bit to get it to Europe. I buy mine from these guys.

Search for A450. It's pure whey concentrate at 80% whey. I get the 20kg bad for around $400 NZDollars depending on current market prices. Thats about 200 euro so at 10 euro per kilo its a good price but the shipping might hurt.
