If anything you can just put her on your hitlist, Because in this day and age things like that are not practical, You should atleast wait until you're 18 and not attending the school she teaches at. But you can get a major advantage by staying after class a bit and getting her to talk about herself, Then you can gain some info and rapport. Just don't come off as hitting on her, Just act like the interested student.
