1) Take to a decent upmarket/little bit prestigious bar
2) Take her to something ok'ish
3) Something fun like bowling or whatever..

a dark lounge, helps for gradual sensory acceptance. Never where you spend much money lest it looks like your paying for affection. Never dinners. I rarely do coffee anymore mainly cocktails, looking to f-close on a first date or set up the f-close for the second.
