but since many people on this forum are masters of the female mind
i was wondering if you could answer this question:

what to do if a girl says "im ugly"?
or something of that nature
is she just trying to get attention or something?

i was just IMing with this girl
being funny/cocky etc
and she says something along the lines of "im ugly"
and im like
ah i see what youre trying to do
youre trying to get me to say that your pretty
well it wont work! =D
blah blah blah
and she answers naw something something
and keeps lowering herself

i donno what to do
ive jsut started reading the many ebooks out there
like the mystery method and david deangelo's stuff
yeah
im not that old either
just in 10th grade, learning the ways of the PUA
imagine me in college.
and yes, i know that IMing isnt the best way to do anything, but we were just chatting and i was just feelin flirty

High School for girls is a very hard time, even if they are extremely attractive girls get shit talked about them constantly, she might genuinely feel as if she is ugly, I would see whats up and how she behaves in real life.

Also

If you are trying to date this girl in the future, stop being her girlfriend, girls have girls that they talk to about there problems, they do not talk to potential boyfriends about their problems. Watch out for the dreaded LJBF zone.

when a girl says that, mooost of the time, they are just moaning in hopes of hearing someone telling them that they are gorgeous. its true, whether they know that or not, im not entirely certain, but thats why they do that. some are truly insecure, but those are few and far between and wont say that stuff to you. what i used to do is just ignored it, brushed it off, because I dont like giving in or falling into traps and such. some guys do w/e and disagree just cuz they dont want to lose the girl, or they dont know that they've been trapped.
