Hey, I'm 21 6'3" and weigh 185ish. I have small wrists and biceps, a not flat stomach, and some weight gain in thighs and glutes! Ive been eating poorly because I live in a facility, but im getting my own place soon and will be able to choose my diet. I take lithium and when I work out now I tend to get light headed. My plan was the slow carb diet. What u think?
Depends. What are your goals?

Goals are to flatten stomach and get nice abs, get bigger/stronger looking arms, and I guess run to burn fat in legs/butt

I'll repeat exactly what I said to another member. And guys usually have flat/fatty glutes cause we have very little flexibility in our hamstrings and hip flexors. So whenever we try to do an exercise for glutes, we aren't able to complete the proper movement cause our hammies and hip flexors are so tight. Women usually have more flexibility in the hip flexors and hammies and thus, have rounder, more defined glutes. Work on flexibility and proper biomechanics with regards to glute exercises before you expect to see immediate results. And remember, you can't spot reduce!! Here's my original message:

You already know the problem. Cut out junk. Throw in loss of lean meats and veggies. Drink tons of water.

It's almost impossible to tone and bulk at the same time. Pick one at a time. I suggest bulking first then cutting since muscle is the worlds best fat burner.

To bulk, perform lots of compound exercises (squats, deads, bench, pullups, pushups, etc.) Do not neglect legs as your body naturally releases testosterone when you work them out which will aid in muscle synthesis.

Waist line is 99% diet!! Fix that asap
