Hey guys, hope this is in the right section. :)

So I've been on a few dates, and so far ive been confident, kept her laughing, being playful and genuinely going well! I'm loving it. Anyway.. whenever I get the girl home I get so nervous that I feel physically sick and the other night I actually was sick while she was there... not good.

The whole date went great, she's really happy and into me and everything but then it happens.. I need some help calming my nerves somehow, any tips for me?

I don't know man! I'll be cool then all of a sudden bam! I think it's when I know, there's a chance of this happening now.. my heart starts beating fast, it's crazy.

I'm still a virgin as well which may be one of the causes I think.

dont try too hard to get it right...sounds like performance anxiety..
take a deep breath and hold it for as long as you can a few times on the way home from your date, she wont notice, it should help balance the oxygen and relax you and your breathing..
most guys first times are not like the movies more like awkward but fun so relax...
