If you're losing attraction for her because she's getting fat, you should definitely tell her something. If you tell her that straight up, she'll feel hurt, even though she knows you're right. Maybe you can tell her how you loved how skinny she was in a certain pic when you're looking at some pics together or something. Just reinforce the good things about being skinny.
Or just buy her an item of clothes clearly to small for her and say ooops, I thought I remembered your size

You are stuck between a rock and a hard place my friend. It has been already said in the 2 only serious responses, but you have 2 options, either attempt to hint at the issue or tell her outright. Hinting at the issue would almost be like negging your girlfriend, very odd when you put it in those terms and i don't think you will achieve much but lowering her self image, although Txacoli's suggestions are actually fie- sable, if you choose this route.

The best course of action would be to tell her outright, but this would most certainty hurt her feelings, so careful framing would be needed. By this i mean bring up the issue in a softer way, and don't dwell on it, just say your peace. then proceed from there. Good luck man!

Suggest she'd go on a dieet becuase you are losing attraction.
