My girlfriend broke up with me over 2 months ago. She is moving overseas and is talking about meeting heaps of hot guys.

I was Alpha for the majority of the relationship but once I told her I loved he, she lost interest. (lesson learnt) and left me soon after. I turned into a pussy for the last 3 months of the relationship, said she didnt find me attractive. I must admit I did cheat on her.

She left me and doesnt respect me. How do I regain control?

Shall I go for option a - straight no contact/delete from facebook? shes leaving in 3 weeks.

I just really want to gain my respect back for acting like a pussy. - I dont want a relationship. Problem is she knows ive got with a lot of girls before and after the relationship so I dont think Alpha will work here?I quit my job as a lawyer over the guilt she gave me.

Initially she wanted me to go overseas with her...I refused and only agreed once she broke up. By then it was too late. She said I didnt committ and when I did she broke up with me. She stoped being intimiate in the end. She said theres no going back.

WTF?I told her I loved her fo ever and all that bull shit after we broke up- never again. Totally regret it.

What do you think a good plan is? Shall i remove her off FB or just not contact her at all? If so, how long? She wants to be friends. What do I do? Essentially my egos at sake here...lol
