I guess the point of it would be to make it okay for her to reply after she had ignored you. Idk about you guys but when I ignore someone and they text me a few days later again I find it even easier to ignore them again because its a bit akward.

So they would need to put her anxiety at ease so she feels okay to reply. I really don't know how to do this
