Met this chick at a buddy's party a few nights ago... Flirted with her quite a bit (as well as other chicks there), maintained a C&F personality (no interview question BS or being needy), included standard kino, and the notion that I'm the prize, as well as being the center of attention towards the end; no AFC behavior whatsoever.

However, when I tried to number close at the end of the night (told her to put her number in my phone, being dominant; I was leaving to meet up with some other friends and she was heading home), she said to get it from her friend (who I'm good friends with) and then to facebook her; I told her to facebook me (again dominance) and give me her number, but she was laughing (IOI probably but I was drunk at this point, don't remember all details) and I didn't want to look needy, so I said f*ck it and peaced out, as did she. Never got the number from her/my friend and I didn't add her on facebook, again not looking needy and trying to maintain prize status. As of right now, I have nexted her but there exists the possibility of me running into her again because of a mutual friend.

It was a shit test that I probably failed, but whatever. Any takes on this? Should I add her on facebook, or get her number from her friend, and try to setup a Day2 that way? I personally see this as needy behavior, hence my reason above why I haven't done either yet.

This is my problem with getting into all of this...that is reading too much into things.
It isn't like adding her on facebook or getting her number from her friend is going to make you automatically unattractive to her.

Just add her to facebook. In my experience it makes zero difference as to who adds who, it's probably the least important thing. It's what follows on from there that counts.

Agreed! Guys learning this shit think they need to follow the rules of the game step by step. Rules can be broken. Don't be in game mode all the time, relax and have fun.

i think your mistaking "being needy" with showing interest.

Forget all the PUA and AFC stuff for a sec and realize that no girl will invest in you unless you invest in her first.. this means, you get her number, and show her that your willing to hang out with her again...
if you run out of clever PUA stuf to do, its best to just be yourself when its time to do important things, LIKE GET HER NUMBER!!
