First off I would like to start off by saying I just joined this forum and am looking forward to what it has to offer.

Anyways, I created a profile on POF, just to see what’s out there and as a result I have been getting a lot of first contacts from some not so super hot girls. This leads me to my question, would you guys smash an ugly girl for practice or rather a confidence booster? Most of these girls don't seem DTF so I would have to invest some time which leads me wonder whether its worth it. Anyone have experience from these, mediocre confidence boosters?

Generally hotter girls will behave differently to less hot girls. If I were in the field, I would say that you should, just so you get over your aa before approaching harder sets, but since these girls would still require a time investment, long term it would perhaps be better spending that time working on a skill set or time in the field. I've screwed a lot of HB7s-9s, honestly I couldn't even get hard with anything below an HB6. That said, looks are subjective to some degree, your HB7s might be another guys HB10, or 4.

Fucking an ugly girl wont do anything for my confidence, in fact banging hot girl may momentarily raise my confidence but in long run doesn't do much for it.

You know why? You WILL LEARN about WOMEN. Yeah, hotter women act different socially.. BUT if you understand women, and learn how to be a cool guy, women will love you. ALL women will.

Seriously, learn PUA, how to develop basic skills to talk with, behave around, and meet women. THEN meet as many women as you possibly can. If you're a cool guy, treat women well (with respect), know how to have a good time, not be a stereo-typical AFC type nice-guy, you will get laid.. A LOT.

Ugly girls are still girls and the best way to learn about girls is to be with girls, so you're much better of being with ugly girls than no girls.

BUT

Don't get stuck in ugly girl world!!! Eventually you have to break out of it and move on. This happened to me after I lost my virginity, at first I was taking whatever I could get just for practice with the intention of moving up once I got some skills. But a couple of years later I realised I still hadn't moved up, I was still stuck banging HB4's and HB5's.

Best way to combat this is give yourself a deadline. Say after 12 months you simply will refuse to bang anything under a HB6 no matter how horny or desperate you are. This will FORCE you to move up, then after another 12 months make that HB7 and above. The problem with uglies is they are no challenge and it's easy to just get lazy and fall back in. On the plus side uglies are usually much less drama.

@papichulo818 - I guess there is a difference between fat chicks with decent faces, and ugly skinny chicks. I don't want to fuck a crease in her arm. But I don't think most guys would approach these women. Its a weird paradox, because you would think ugly women don't get any, so they would be DTF, yet they want some commitment? I guess they watch to many movies..

@dlightmen and vicparkguy83 - I like your advice, I think I'll see what I can get out of these girls, its just hard to fight instinct and immediately deny them. If it was at a bar and I was drunk, I would have no problem making out or fucking her, but sober and devoting several days is hard to justify.

A fuck is better than no fuck. I'll fuck a HB5 if logistics is excellent. Would only jump significant logistical hurdles for a HB7 or above though.
