Met an 8.5-9 online, points for job, intelligence, and charm...chatted for a few weeks before going on dates 1 and 2, k-closed on 2 though it surprised her she reciprocated...date 3 made out in bar-restaurant, followed by another makeout session before saying goodnight (she would have had to invite me over for f-close, we live in different cities). She said it made her hot and seemed to really enjoy it. Made plans for f-close a week later but got flake text 2 days before, lame excuse about forgetting girlfriend's birthday party.

Got apologies on Facebook chat next day, gently confronted her, she says she 'doesn't know how she feels about me'. From the beginning gut told me LIL or that I was being played. Saw her frequently on the dating site and friending dudes on Facebook that she most likely met online. Should I trash her number? Did I fuck up anywhere or was she just stringing me? I'm 31 she's 26, saw potential for LTR here.

Forgot to add she strongly denied she was dating anyone else, and definitely has limited time w/crazy new work schedule.

More relevant info: she approached me on dating site, complimenting my handsome profile pic.

Between dates I was pretty aloof, she would chat at me on Facebook day after each date and also in between and I would respond, keeping things very light and funny. I also cut several chats short. I don't like Facebook chat but for her age-group it seems pretty normal.

She's Dutch and I'm American, and the language barrier is minimal but present. She said after we had 'the talk' that I didn't seem 'enthusiastic' about her even though I kino'd and was cocky-funny from date 1.

Also gave me classic BS excuses about being too busy for a relationship, not having enough time for herself, etc. She is crazy busy, she's a vet at a big clinic and they give the newbies insane hours.

Probably sounds like oneitis and I did indulge some AFC shit because I was pissed after investing in her but it's hard to date as an expat in the Netherlands.
