I met this girl 2 weeks ago, at the parade we got separated from our mutual friends
pretty much got to know each other that way, leaving the parade to get some stuff for a party,
anyways there was never an awkward moment and I had her laughing the whole time.
I had gotten her number on our walk and made it clear that I was interested in her.
The next weekend I go to an open mic night at our high school that she is MCing, and to my avail there's a guy sitting next to her.
turns out they're on a date and leave together as soon as the shows over

The next day we see each other at a party
and I pretend like nothings different talk to her, tell her we should hang out informally,
3 days later i ask her out on a date and she tells me something
along the lines of
"Im kinda dating someone, I think you're really nice and really cool but I'd feel bad, and maybe if this doesn't work I'll let you know",
the next day i proceed to ask her to coffee,
she brings up the
"I'm kinda dating someone, i'd feel bad hanging out with you in not a group of friends"
I pretend like i wasn't asking her out again and say
" I can take a hint, i wasn't trying to ask you out,
but you were in the right to make things blatantly clear seeing as i really like you"
then the conversation goes back and forth as to me finding someone better and I finish the convo telling her "
let me know when you're single" and she ends it with "you'll hate me soon enough"

what i wanna know is pursue and win, or drop i.
leaning on dropping it already have another girl lined up,
but seeing as the christmas girl is girlfriend material and hot, I can see it being worth it

Just drop this one. Younger girls are really sketchy and will be for the next couple years until they really find independence. You're already setting yourself up for success in your adult life. See if you can't game on girls in their early twenties. Maybe plan a trip to Europe to sarge where you can get in some bars at 18. This will give you an idea of how it will be when you hit the bar scene.

I don't know much about gaming girls younger than that, so I'm not gonna pretend like I do. I would simply suggest the above to set yourself up and prepare you for the rest of your sarging career. Happy hunting!
