Well I came up with some material that I wanted some feedback on and I'd thought I'd share it with you all. So basically this is for after an opener.

You: Hey, you look like a good dancer, can you dance.
Her: Totally!
You: ok let's find out *Invite her to dance*
-------
*With a group of girls*
You: Hey girls, which one of you is the better dancer?
Girls: Haha, Rachel is!
You: Oh really? Let's see about that. *Invite to dance*

I like those two ways to start dancing with a girl. But the problem is that the girl has to respond in the right way. Like your first example, what if she isn't really into dancing and doesn't respond that enthousiacticly. What i'm trying to say is that your dependent on how she responds.

I think I have got a great move to start dancing with a girl. I recently came up with it, but haven't tried it in the field yet. Its like this:

You put your hand out. She will naturally grab it, because it's human instinct to grab something whenever something is brought up to you. After she grabbed your hand you let her make a pirouette (you let her make a round, while holding her hand). You let her roll back and as soon as she squares up to you again, you'll lay her hand on your shoulder, while you put your other hand on her hip while stepping in closer. If you have already had some great eye-contact, she will probably grab you with her other hand too.

that could work but it might a too complex for some girls. what i do as i'm a pretty good dancer, i'll be dancing with my friends and when you get eye contact with a HB reach out your hand if she grabs it just do a spin and pull her into you confidently like you've done it a thousand times. Portrays alpha male and that you take charge and are confident about yourself

Ya Alpha92 is on the money. This way you control what happens, the social cues are less obvious and you're not setting yourself up for this awesome/terrible binary experience. (You're giving her the chance to deny you by asking, even if you're confident).

What's more confident is just doing it, first by seeing if she grabs your hand, then by spinning her around, then you're good to go
