I have zero water weight/retention on the pictures, and very low bodyfat.

I walk around a little heavier. I'm done with photoshoots for the year, so will try add some good size now! :)

I'm pretty sure I'm healthier than you. Do you see any fast food in my diet? do you see anything in my diet which would make me unhealthy?

As well as to look good, I do this to feel good and to be healthy.

I am going to try and get to maybe 170lbs lean. That's my goal over the next few years. I don't want to become too big that I look intimidating...not that it's easier to get too big but you know what I mean.

Not that great, but they're in proportion to my body. May look better if had less hair LOL!

Stats aren't too great. Bare in mind my weight at 141lbs

Squat : 100kg for 6 reps
Deadlift : 160kg for 6 reps
Bench : 100kg for 6 reps
Pull ups : + 20kg for 8 reps Wide grip

I can also dumbbell fly 37.5kg for 6 - 8 reps, and press about 45kg for reps.
